Our 2025 Training Program

Delivered by Nottingham Business School (NBS), the programme will consist of two two-day modules:

Module 1: Principles of Leadership
Module 2: Towards 21st Century Agile Project Management

 Including the option of three 1:1 coaching sessions (one hour each) with NBS coaches.

Who is it for?
This programme will be open to 20-30 participants from the consortium.
